- Athletes Director: The Athletes Director represents the interests of amateur boxers, gathers feedback, and ensures their voices are considered in decision-making.
- Coaching Director: The Coaching Director focuses on the development and support of coaches, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to provide quality coaching.
- Competitions Director: The Competitions Director oversees the planning and execution of amateur boxing competitions and events sanctioned by ABAUK.
- Development Director: The Development Director focuses on the overall growth and advancement of amateur boxing, including talent identification, grassroots programs, and athlete development pathways.
- Ethics/Judiciary Director: The Ethics/Judiciary Director oversees matters related to ethics, disciplinary proceedings, and conflict resolution within ABAUK.
